Evaporator or also called Heat Exchanger ( Heat exchanger tubing-based)
Evaporator is a tool that functions convert part or all of a solvent from a solution of liquid into vapor.
Evaporator has two basic principles, to exchange heat and steam to separate the form of liquid.
Evaporator is generally composed of three parts, namely the heat exchanger, evaporation section ( where the boiling liquid evaporates) , and separator for separating steam from the liquid and then inserted into the condenser ( for condensed / condensation) or to other equipment.
Results from the evaporator ( the desired product) usually can be solid or concentrated solution.
The solution was evaporated can be composed of several components of volatile ( easy to evaporate) .
Evaporator is usually used in the chemical industry and the food industry or one part of the Chiller.
In the chemical industry, for example, salt is obtained from brine saturated ( an example of the refining process) in the evaporator.
Evaporator converts water into steam, leaving a residue of minerals in the evaporator.
Steam is condensed into water desalted.
In the cooling system, the cooling effect is obtained from the absorption of heat by the coolant that evaporates quickly ( evaporation requires heat energy) .
Evaporator is also used to produce drinking water, separating it from sea water or other contaminants.
